Save-pro has ordered the baptismal pool.
I need to know what color you want it in.
Your options are white, blue, or bone.
They are also going to move forward with ordering windows. Before ordering, I will send you a sample of the stained glass pattern, so you can approve it before ordering.
As far as everything else goes, our guys are working on the platform and sound booth and Merz has begun HVAC work.
Plumbers will be there once all their materials have arrived.
I have also told the electricians to get us on their schedule so they can follow the plumbers and HVAC contractors.

April 2024
Leadership met with the contractors and multiple details were discussed.
The contractors extended the wall for the women’s restroom into the Pastor’s study to make room for the ADA stall door to open.
With the pastor not having space in his study now, he is looking into other alternatives to move his study. Possibly tuning the library into the new pastor study and moving the library into one of the other classrooms.

September 2024
- The church asked if we have an estimated move in date at the church.
- Pastor Parker gave his report: The installation of new windows has set us back.
- The Painting is all done. The debris will come when they take out the old windows and replace them with the new ones.
- The Carpet will not be installed until the windows are put in.
- McNeil flooring is to have a quote on the carpet.
- There was an issue last week with ServePro regarding what was allocated from the insurance company accessment opposed to the service they were going to provide. Pastor provided evidence that contractually they would recieve the contacted monies and the allterations the church was asking was less than the work constituted.
- He talked to Serve Pro and the supervisors about the price points. He had a summation of the points. There were things the City and State required that to be done, and ServPro was reimbursed for $168,000 for the insurance company.
- The church is not responsible for $34,000 to replace the pews, the 3 compartment sink, stove, steam table or screens. This is a significant savings for the church. These costs are part of the allocations listed in our contract. The contractor is responsible for structural (not nailed down) items, not contents.
- Pastor said he was also quoted a price of $40,000 for installing the sound
system, however, Pastor, Deacon Nick, Trustee Daniel and Bro. Elijah Dean installed it.
- We are no longer paying for other things in the kitchen. The superintendent was onsite reviewing the construction for Serve Pro. We can’t do anything more until the windows for entire church are installed.
- The Painting is beautiful. We have to have stained glass back in sanctuary.
- Question was are they going to replace the plywood on the floors? Pastor said yes, they are taking out all creeks and bins where they need before the carpet is installed.
We also ask that we remain prayerful and patient. If you have concerns, please contact the Deacon ministry or the Pastor directly at (314) 393-7289

December 2024
Pastor Parker gave his report:
- Regarding where things are; it appears we won't be given a perspective time for completion until the end of the year (We're probably looking at Spring 2025 for getting back). Delays in repairs have attributed to various issues of discovery after demo, vendor back orders, specialty classwork vendor acquisition & schedule and such like. So...rough plumbing no fixtures , electrical 95% still a few minor issues, painting 95%. And Ron, these details are not ment to give a summation of reparations, but a snapshot there-of. As soon as I have something substantial regarding completion,
Update
- Flooring installer has started laying underlayment. Flooring is scheduled to arrive early to mid December. Installation will begin shortly thereafter.
- Remaining windows are supposed to ship to Kirchner’s 11/19.
- Steel doors are scheduled to leave manufacturer 11/29. Wood fire doors are expected to ship out on 12/13.
- Cabinets are coming from builder’s supply. Should be in mid-to-late December.
- Jacksonville Stained Glass is supposed to calling me back regarding installation date for the office glass.
- Based on scheduled arrival dates of remaining items, I am planning on being complete and ready for city inspection by end of January.
- I'm contacting you regarding SBC'S rental situation. As we are now almost a year and a half waiting for repairs (which is way, past projection), we've exhausted the provision for temporary housing, and have been paying our rent from our General Fund Account for several months now. As it looks like a early spring 2025 completion, I'm checking to see if there's any possibility for extension of rental provision, as the delays to repairs (primarily, if not entirely) had to do with the "discovery after/ during demolition". Didn't know, so we're asking. Holla back at your earliest.
